An agentic AI toolkit for buy & sell — your agent lists, watches prices, answers buyers, and hunts deals.
Pick an intent when you list — clear it fast, walk it down on a schedule, or hold for maximum price — and the toolkit works the strategy. An example balanced walk-down, −15% a step:
Before any price move, a sitting listing gets diagnosed — ranked causes with evidence (price, area, photos, copy, competition) and a specific fix per cause. The staircase above is a worked example of the mechanic, not a result: agenticlistings itself is still in the forge.
What it is
A trading toolkit for buying and selling on classifieds — casual or professional. Your agent lists what you're selling with price guidance from live comparables, walks prices down on your strategy, and works the buy side too: watching for the things you want, alerting you when the price is right, and handling buyer replies within guardrails you set. It shares its platform engine with adgentic — siblings, not strangers.
One user can be both a casual seller and a services business — so agenticlistings treats one-off sales and recurring selling as peers: a single item gets a single sharp analysis (placement, price guidance from current comparables, timing, copy), while a recurring seller gets the full venture treatment with learning. When a new item type is genuinely ambiguous, the agent asks exactly one question rather than guessing a mode.
The buy side works too: price watching and deal alerts for the things you want, and buyer replies handled inside guardrails you set — the agent never improvises past the lines you drew.
